Sean was born and raised in Palm Beach, Florida, but her heart found its second home in North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains at just eight years old, when she spent her first summer (and the next 12!) at Camp Ton-A-Wandah. With a deep network of lifelong friends - many of them from the Queen City - it was no surprise that Charlotte would one day become home.
Sean graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in English and began her career in New York City, working in publicity at Penguin Random House, where she led national campaigns for bestselling authors. She later joined Heidrick & Struggles, a global executive search firm, focusing on senior-level placements and sharpening her skills in client service, communication, and negotiation - all of which now serve her clients in real estate.
Sean officially moved to Charlotte in 2019 to be with her now-husband, Andrew, a Charlotte native who leads business development at Flagship Specialty Partners, a private equity-backed oral surgery platform. Inspired by the charm of Charlotte's neighborhoods and the strong sense of community, Sean transitioned into residential real estate and joined Helen Adams Realty in 2021.
Known for her calm demeanor, clear communication, and attention to detail, Sean is deeply committed to making each client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the buying or selling process. She believes real estate should be rooted in relationships - and that every transaction should feel personal. Sean's friends and family, who are all very special to her, note that Sean is a thoughtful, giving, trustworthy and loving person with a terrific sense of humor.
You can regularly spot Sean and Andrew out and about with their two young children, Wyatt and Wells, in Myers Park, where they live. When she's not showing homes or negotiating deals, you can find her on the tennis court, rearranging furniture for fun, or laughing with friends over a glass of wine. She's a proud Wahoo in a Tar Heel town and loves nothing more than helping others feel at home in Charlotte.
